The scope, timeline and deliverables of every project are defined separately in a written proposal. That proposal is the final agreement.

Payment Terms

Monthly retainer projects are billed in advance. One-time projects are billed 50% in advance and 50% on delivery.

Results Disclaimer

SEO and paid advertising results depend on many factors that are not fully within our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition and market conditions. We provide best-effort professional service; we do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue.

Cancellation

A monthly retainer can be cancelled with 30 days of written notice.
