Refund Policy

Before Work Begins
If work on a project has not started, the advance payment is refunded in full. Send the request by email — it is processed within 7 working days.
After Work Begins
The value of work already completed is deducted and the balance is refunded. The amount of work completed is determined from the written work report.
Monthly Retainers
The current month's fee is not refundable, because that month's capacity has already been allocated. To stop the service from the following month, give 30 days of written notice.
Ad Spend
Money spent on Google Ads or Meta Ads is not refundable — it goes directly to the platform and never reaches us. The refund policy applies only to management fees.
Third-party Costs
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins and stock images are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request to our billing email with the invoice number and the reason. We respond within 3 working days, and once approved we return the amount within 7 working days to the original payment method.
